A: Yes. We offer a variety of color schemes and surface treatments tailored to your brand positioning, including anodizing, electroplating, rubber paint, and IML.

A: Yes. We can adjust flavor formulas, VG/PG ratios, and nicotine salt concentrations (0%-5%) based on market regulations and consumer preferences, and offer a variety of classic and custom flavor options.

A: Typically, the package is: 10 Units/small box, 20 units/medium carton, with waterproof film and shipping labels on the outside. We can accommodate special packaging or display requirements.

A: Batteries have a 6-month warranty.
Other components and the entire device have a maximum warranty of 1 year (non-intentional damage).
Q: What if a product problem occurs?
A: We guarantee 100% after-sales support. For non-intentional quality issues, we will reissue or repair the product free of charge. For damage or loss during transportation, we will also reissue the product free of charge or provide an equivalent compensation.
Q: Can you arrange third-party quality inspection or product testing?
A: Yes. We welcome third-party inspections or video spot checks. We provide comprehensive quality control and factory testing throughout the entire process.
