ODM supports the development of entirely new products, including exterior and structural design, mold development, and customized e-liquid formulations.

A: Yes. We offer a variety of color schemes and surface treatments tailored to your brand positioning, including anodizing, electroplating, rubber paint, and IML.

A: Yes. We can adjust flavor formulas, VG/PG ratios, and nicotine salt concentrations (0%-5%) based on market regulations and consumer preferences, and offer a variety of classic and custom flavor options.

A: A: Yes. We can design color boxes, display boxes, labels, and instructions based on your brand style, supporting multilingual layouts and ensuring compliance with target market regulations (e.g., TPD/FDA).

A: Typically, the package is: 10 Units/small box, 20 units/medium carton, with waterproof film and shipping labels on the outside. We can accommodate special packaging or display requirements.

A: Batteries have a 6-month warranty.

Other components and the entire device have a maximum warranty of 1 year (non-intentional damage).

A: We guarantee 100% after-sales support. For non-intentional quality issues, we will reissue or repair the product free of charge. For damage or loss during transportation, we will also reissue the product free of charge or provide an equivalent compensation.
